Do you offer free shipping?
We are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping with tracking, so you can track your parcel every step along the way from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep.
Note: Items not delivered within 45 days are automatically refunded.

These estimated delivery times do not include the 1-3 days of processing time to prepare your order for shipment.
When you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and another email with the tracking ID for you to track your order in real time.
Generally, you will receive your tracking number within 1-3 days, but rarely it might take a couple more days.
Why can't I see my tracking information?
You can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need help tracking your parcels.
Please keep in mind that it generally takes a couple of days for tracking information to be updated and displayed from the order date.
Where do you ship to?
At Wakaii, we strive to provide the best shipping experience for our customers.
We ship to almost every country in the world with very minor exceptions of countries with very strict logistic laws.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures in your country.
What happens if I don't receive my package?
If you do not receive your order within 45 days from the order date, please contact us with your order number and you will be eligible for a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, or you may choose to have it reshipped to you free of charge.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your items, some factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, protests, and pandemic-related lockdowns, may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding during these circumstances.
Can I track my package when it arrives to my country?
To track your order with your country's local delivery courier, we provide an international tracking number and a local last mile tracking number.
Please allow a few days for your last mile tracking number to be generated.
Once generated, we will send you the last mile number through email. Kindly enter the last mile number here to check the status of your item and see estimated delivery dates.

Most of our products will be successfully shipped without incurring any additional fees, however in the rare occasion where it does due to some customs laws in certain countries, we will be more than happy to cover 50% of that fee with a partial refund.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by holds in customs, as this is out of our hands.
Not available to receive your parcel?
We will keep you informed of your parcel's shipping progress through email and/or SMS updates.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise that make it difficult for you to receive your parcel. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local post office to reschedule delivery or collection.
Alternatively, you can arrange for someone else to receive the parcel on your behalf, but please ensure they have a copy of your order confirmation and a valid form of identification.
Lost, Held, or Stolen Parcels
At Wakaii, we strive to ensure that your parcel is delivered promptly and securely. However, in the event that your parcel is marked as delivered by the shipping courier, but you have yet to receive it, there may be several reasons for this.
Your parcel could be lost, stolen, delivered incorrectly, or still being delivered. If this happens, please get in touch with us via email as soon as possible with your order number and problem.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels if you are delivering a parcel to a shared location like a shop, restaurant, business, or an apartment where there are many residents who can accept your parcel. We recommend providing specific delivery instructions to avoid any confusion.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for any missing or returned parcels when the shipping information provided at checkout is incorrect. To avoid this, we may put your order on hold and send you an email to verify your address if there is an issue with the shipping address.
If you suspect that your parcel is lost or stolen, please report it to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of your parcel being marked as delivered. This allows us to investigate the issue and work with the postal service to locate your parcel.
If you contact us after this time frame, it may be difficult for the postal service to investigate your parcel, and we may not be able to provide a reshipment or refund.
Missing parcels When a parcel is delivered by the shipping courier, you will receive a delivery confirmation email from us. Sometimes, a parcel may be marked as delivered by the shipping courier prematurely.
If you receive the delivery email but have not received your parcel, here is what we suggest:
For US customers
USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a parcel as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait a few business days, as your parcel could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive in the next following days.
Please contact your local USPS post office for more information regarding your parcel as they will be able to provide accurate information. If your parcel still does not show up after a few days, please call USPS to file a claim and contact us via email at email@example.com.
For all INTERNATIONAL customers
Please check your door/mailbox for a note from your local post office. If you have received a note or text message, it may have provided you with further instructions to receive your parcel.
Contact your local post office for more information as they will be able to provide helpful information to locate your parcel. If you are unable to receive information from your local post/customs office, please contact us for additional assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Wakaii Team will work hard to locate your missing parcel and provide solutions for the situation at hand.
What is your refund policy?
As per our buyer protection and Refund policy, we will provide a refund in case you do not receive your item or if the item received is not as described. If your item arrives damaged due to delivery handling, we will replace the damaged item at no extra cost to you. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
