Refund policy

At Wakaii, we are committed to providing you with the best quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you have received, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of arrival with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@wakaii.com who will guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item and it has been inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange as per your request.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Return Process

To ensure a hassle-free return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our team at support@wakaii.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning the item(s) (defective item, size issue, unwanted, etc).
  2. Package the item(s) securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Do not send the items back before we specifically tell you to do so via email.
  4. Send the item(s) back to the address provided to you via email.
  5. Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging.
  6. After inspection, we will begin processing your refund. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of receiving your returned parcel for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in, and in their original packaging and all returns must be sent back to the address provided to you via email.


Return due to damaged or defected items

We always do our utmost best to make sure this never happens, as we have very strict and rigid quality control procedures before preparing an order for shipment. However, in the event that any items arrive damaged, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Please notify us via email at support@wakaii.com within 5 business days of receiving the goods.
  2. Within the email, please include your order number, the product name, and attach photos of the damaged items.
  3. Please do not return any damaged item until we have informed you to do so.
  4. If the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, we will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: Do not return the item before we send you an email with the steps on how to properly do so.

Please inspect all goods upon arrival, even if the item is a gift for someone special. We do not accept any inquiries about damaged items once 5 business days have passed from the date of arrival.

If you suspect that the parcel was damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 business days of the parcel's arrival.

Return due to change of mind 

At Wakaii, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if for any reason you wish to return an unwanted item, please keep the following points in mind:

  1. Unwanted items cannot be returned after 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. If you are returning an unwanted item, it must not be damaged or used and must be in the same condition as you received it.
  3. You will be required to arrange a courier to send your parcel back to us.
  4. Unwanted items returned to us are done so at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.

Please note that we cannot accept any returns for unwanted items that have been used, damaged, or are returned after the 14-day period has elapsed.

Can I cancel my order?

While we do our utmost to ensure that all our customers are happy with their purchases, we understand that sometimes you may wish to cancel an order. Please take note of the following points regarding order cancellations and returns:

  • You can make changes to or cancel an order within 3 hours of placing it. After this time period, our team would have already begun preparing your order for shipment.
  • To cancel an order or return an item, please contact us via email at support@wakaii.com.

My Parcel hasn't arrived on time

We understand the importance of receiving your ordered items in a timely manner, however, due to the global pandemic, please be aware that there may be minor delays in delivering parcels. If your order is still in transit after 45 business days, we offer the option to reship your items or issue a full refund.

Once your package has been shipped out, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items. Unfortunately, unforeseen delays caused by the pandemic can occur worldwide, and we have no control over this. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
